Vibrating conveyor can convey powder, particle and bulk material through parabolic movement, which is even and smooth. It can be widely used in metallurgy, chemistry, construction, food and environment industries.
Vibrating conveyors include inertial vibrating(GZG/GZGF) and electric-magnetic vibrating(GZ). GZG conveyor is a common through-shape and to be used for conveying without special requirements. GAGF conveyor is a sealed through and to be used for conveying of heavy-dust or volatile materials.
Inertial vibrating feeder can be armed with braking-control board, which has the protective function in the case of over-voltage or current. Remote control and variable speed adjusting system can be installed on request.
GZ electric-magnetic vibrating conveyor can be used in automatic production line and its capacity can be adjusted by variable speed. It is featured by the following:
1.Variable-speed. Capacity can be controlled by speed-adjuster, without moving the bias block.
2. Parabolic movement. The minimal abrasion on materials can be achieved and the conveyor service-life can be incresed.
3.No any touching transmission parts and no lubrication requred. Low running and maintenance cost.
4.Compacted structure, light weight and energy saving.
